We are a 25-year-old company based in Frederick, Colorado with a growing customer base located across Northern Colorado from Denver to Fort Collins.  Our people, processes, and focus on customer satisfaction are some of the factors that set us apart from our competitors.

About Us:

We are expanding and always looking for dependable people to join our team!  We hire for attitude, and we provide training, so no experience is necessary (although relevant experience is always welcome!).

In addition to taking care of our customers, we also treat our employees well. In fact, our turnover rate has historically been about 25% of the industry average. We even have several cleaners who have been with us for over 20 years!

Opportunities:

For some of our employees, this is their only job. For others, it is a part time job to make ends meet, pay off bills, send a child to college, go on vacation, buy a car, etc. We hire for both and try to work with employees to achieve their goals.

We also try to promote from within. Many of our management team started as Cleaners, and were then promoted based on their performance.
